Some important information and guidelines for international students to follow before applying for admission.

  1. First, make great scoring in tests like GRE, GMAT, TOEFLetc., whether subject based or language based according to our choice of discipline. Most the universities accept admissions based on your academics rather than your citizenship.
  2. Some universities open admissions for international applicants, first-year applicants, and transfer applicants at the same time or they may be variations in the admission dates. Better to always have an eye on the admission dates.
  3. If possible take your choice of standardized test like SAT, GRE, GMAT etc., by December because it may take more time for the test results to reach countries like USA and Canada conducted in January.
  4. A strong command on language is necessary and your scores in language tests like TOEFL, PTE etc., play a major role in Visa and admission process.
  5. Students are requested to submit high school transcript/ (G.E.D.), test scores of SAT or ACT and other documents of interest to be reviewed under application. Make sure to maintain a good GPA and this documentation should be directly sent from your high school and testing agency. Your financial status may or may not be a factor in admission.
  6. After submission of application and required documentation, your application will be reviewed. Based on your scores and credits, your application can be accepted or rejected. You will receive mail on their decision. Accepted students can also check their admittance on the university portal.Details on classes and your major curriculum will further be given to you on admission.
